Clients are welcome to come to us with plans, however, most prefer to take advantage of our fully integrated design-and-build service. DHWA has a close association with several award-winning residential designers with whom we collaborate very effectively to achieve the best possible design relative to each client’s specific requirements and budget.
Our team will navigate the approval process with a minimum of fuss, provide expert guidance on the many selections to be made and liaise with external consultants as necessary. Construction is managed by our dedicated building supervisors with great care and attention to detail. We are also committed to maintaining open and direct lines of communication throughout the build.
