Established in 2007 Distinctive Homes WA is a small independent building company specialising in luxury custom-designed homes within the established suburbs of Perth.
Our tight-knit team has more than 50 years combined experience in the Perth housing industry. We understand the complexities and emotions involved in building a new home, and are committed to making the journey as positive and hassle-free as possible.
